The goals of proper dental care is to identify, change and correct malocclusions of the dental arcades to allow for maximum nutritional intake, performance, health, wellbeing and longevity of the horse.

32 yr old horse that was suffering from extreme weight loss due to an inability to masticate any feed because of  severe dental abnormalities and years of improper dental care. Photo taken 4/26/2007.  I was able to perform corrective dentistry on this horse and use available molar and incisor teeth to allow this horse to begin eating again.
